Moliké Restaurant is a novelty that fits into the renovation of the country house, enriching it with a sophisticated restaurant. This restaurant is more than just an addition; it is a harmonious fusion between the rustic charm of tradition and modern elegance. At its guide is the young talented chef Genya Malafronte. The creative proposal enhances the delicacies of organic fish and meat by playing with textures, flavors and seasonal vegetables.
Immersed in the splendid scenery with a view on the Gran Sasso in the kitchen in the summertime becomes an open view kitchen with the possibility to sit at the outside and also the choice of the elegant dining room at the ground floor of the Country House.

The fine dining guided by noble principles like genuinity, seasonal availability and experimentation offer an unforgettable Gourmet experience who found consensus from admirers who come from far away to taste it.

Molike Restaurant is led by our young chef Genya. Despite his young age, his past five years working with Heinz Beck have formed the basis of the new fine dining concept with tasting menus that focus on emotions with innovative techniques of preparation, games of texture and unusual pairing that capture, helped by the atmosphere, the essence of the new Molike Country House. The D’Angelo brothers, grandsons of restaurateurs have always been part of the family business. Taking care personally of all aspects of it, from the organization, to the front house and the kitchen of both L’Ancora Giulianova as well as Molike.
The structure of the business mutated but the passion of the brothers for the restaurant business and the hospitality towards the guests never changed.
Today, not only do they manage the L’Ancora restaurant they also organize events and manage the reception of the Molike Country House.
