Molike Restaurant is a sophisticated fine dining restaurant led by our talented young chef Genya. Despite his young age he is a chef rich in Michelin star experiences.

After finishing his studies at the Hospitality Institute Crocetti in Giulianova he dedicated himself to two seasonal positions on the Amalfi Coast with Luigi Malafronte. After the Napoletan season he gets close to the gourmet cuisine at the D.One one Michelin Star Restaurant at Montepagano (TE) where he stays for two years.

The past five years at Heinz Beck are the basis of the new concept of fine dining with the taster menu that aims to amaze with innovative preparation techniques, playing with consistencies and unusual pairings that capture, together with the atmosphere, the new Molike Country House.

“Passion, resistance and consistency is what unites us in a unique context”. This is the motto that unites our young team.

A simple yet contemporary cuisine, lovingly reimagined and inspired by the traditions of the Adriatic Riviera, it distinguishes itself by gracefully melding authentic flavors and innovative techniques, crafting dishes that celebrate the rich and vibrant culinary culture of the region.

Its roots delve deeply into the enchanting Gran Sasso National park, a region of breathtaking natural beauty that offers unique exquisite ingredients. The bond with the gastronomic heritage of Abruzzo is evident in every dish, highlighting typical products and traditional recipes handed down from generation to generation. Moreover, this cuisine is further enriched by a careful reinterpretation of culinary influences from around the world, creating a gastronomic experience that is at once familiar and innovative, capable of surprising and delighting even the most discerning palates.

In every season you will find studied dishes at the research of the essentials, with the freedom to create on our side we make any imagination come true.

The dish that most embodies my essence is "Yellowtail, Apple, and Celery," presented on a beeswax plate that releases an enchanting aroma, celebrating the indispensable role of bees in nature.
